This dietary plan recommends you eat fruits only on day one. You can eat as many fruits as you wish as long as whatever you eat falls under the fruit category. Eat fruits for breakfast, lunch, dinner and, well, whenever you feel like eating. But at the end of the day, you should at least have eaten 2 oranges, 4 apples, 2 pomegranates, and a piece of watermelon. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water on this day. And avoid eating bananas and drinking fruit juices.
Day 2: Vegetables only day
On day 2 of your dietary plan, you can eat anything that qualifies as a vegetable. This includes baked potatoes (eaten only once), boiled vegetables, as well as raw ones with salt and pepper. Eat as much vegetables as you wish. Then ensure you’ve at least drunk 8 glasses of water by the end of the day. Avoid having milk, butter, cream and oil.
Day 3: Fruits and vegetable day
On day three you’re allowed to eat any amount of fruits and vegetables. As of vegetables, you can choose to either eat them raw or have them boiled first. Be sure to drink at least 8 glasses of water, and avoid eating bananas, butter, and cream, as well drinking fruit juices and milk.
Day 4: Banana day
Now you’re free to have a maximum of 8 to 10 bananas on day four. You can as well drink 3 glasses of semi-skimmed milk–of course without sugar. Also allowed on day four is a bowl of vegetable soup. More importantly, make sure you’ve at least drunk 8 to 10 glasses of water by the end of the day.

Day 5: Rice and tomatoes day
On day 5 you can eat a small bowl of boiled brown rice, 6 raw tomatoes, 1 bowl of salads, 2 apples, 1 grapefruit, 1 orange, and a half a glass of semi-skimmed milk. Day 6: Vegetables and rice day
You can eat a small bowl of boiled rice and one bowl of vegetable soup or salad on day 6. Non vegetarians are allowed to replace the rice with lean fish if it strikes their fancy. But remember to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water before you call it a day.
Day 7: Fruits, vegetable and rice
On the last day of your plan, you can eat a small bowl of rice, a small bowl of either cooked or boiled vegetables and as many fruits as you wish. Most importantly, remember to drink 8 to 10 glasses of water on your last day.
